Terms of use
These terms govern your use of AeroWell. By using the app, you agree to use it as a personal wellness aid and not as a medical, safety-critical or employment decision tool.
Wellness-only purpose
AeroWell provides estimates and reflections based on information you enter. Results can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, regulatory compliance advice or a fitness-for-duty determination.
Never use AeroWell as the sole basis for deciding whether to work, operate equipment, drive or fly. Follow applicable laws, professional advice and your employer's official fatigue and safety procedures.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device and for information entered through them. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Voluntary pilot
Pilot participation is optional. You may leave through the app and remove the local pilot profile. Pilot feedback and exports must not contain confidential employer, passenger or third-party information.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected service components, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use AeroWell to make decisions about another person's employment, health or safety.
Your content
You retain rights in information you enter. You give AeroWell the limited permission needed to process it to provide, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any information you submit.
Availability and changes
The pilot and app may change, pause or end without guarantee. Features described as planned are not commitments. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date of material changes.
Intellectual property
AeroWell's software, branding, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the app.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AeroWell is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that an estimate will be accurate for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Ending use
You may stop using AeroWell at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or serious misuse.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
